My name is Jayme Godin. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My education has equipped me to work with a wide variety of clients to develop a deeper understanding of food & lifestyle choices, to help them truly live their best lives. I studied with the world‘s top health and wellness experts to earn new skills to best help me to serve my clients and bring out their full potential.
I have always been active since I could remember, I grew up doing Jane Fonda and Denise Austin work outs in my living room. My parents were generally healthy & active, so thankfully that got passed down. As a teenager, I loved doing Billy Blanks' Tae- Bo work outs at home, that was my jam! I've also had a gym membership since I was a teenager. However, I used to lift all weights, do all the hardcore exercises, HIIT & plyo workouts but the weight still wasn't coming off, or it was just maintaining at the least. Despite constantly remaining active, it wasn't until 2020 when I started my own true wellness journey, healed my gut and became more in tune with my body from the inside out. I have lost 26 pounds and have maintained that weight to this day. I still get in some good cardio workouts, light weights, love kickboxing but the change truly happened for me when I simply dialed in on nutrition, ate real, whole foods, went mostly all plant based, organic, started walking almost everyday, managed stress & doing yoga/stretching.
It's amazing how my whole life changed when I actually slowed down and truly started listening to my body holistically, it's all connected. Ridding my body and the world around me of toxins & chemicals found in everyday products made the incredible difference of how I feel. I gradually switched every product in my life over to a natural alternative and watched my life transform, including the use of pure essential oils, top quality supplements and clean products. The more I integrated natural products into my lifestyle, the more I wanted to share with everyone around me.
My first 5 pounds came right off as soon as I cut out processed foods, incorporating more whole foods into my diet. I knew that if I could make these small changes and better my life, and be a better mom, others could too. That is what brings me here today to share my knowledge with you.
